Manage and execute Acuity's Voice of Customer programs: build and field Qualtrics surveys, maintain feedback workflows and platforms, collect and organize customer/agent feedback, update VOC dashboards/reports, and prepare summaries for stakeholders while supporting program administration.

Own design and implementation of a greenfield analytical data platform: ingesting PostgreSQL and Kafka streams, establishing governance, data lineage, quality, monitoring, and compliance-ready pipelines. Evaluate AWS-native tooling, Snowflake, and Databricks; produce RFCs and documentation; mentor junior engineers and ensure analytical systems remain downstream of transactional sources.

Lead design and implementation of scalable cloud data lakes, warehouses, and marts. Build ELT/ETL pipelines, apply Data Vault 2.0 and dimensional modeling, implement data quality, lineage, observability, and governance. Optimize Snowflake/Databricks/Synapse platforms, champion CI/CD and DataOps, mentor engineers, and enable AI/ML-ready data products through collaboration with architecture and product teams.

Manage and integrate preserve-based spatial and relational data for ~150 preserves: collect field infrastructure and accessibility assessments, perform complex spatial analyses and data modeling, maintain databases and GIS libraries, produce maps/reports/dashboards, provide technical support and training, and coordinate with staff and volunteers. Requires field travel and rugged-terrain access.

Lead cross-functional analytics to inform clinical and operational decisions: build Tableau dashboards, create dbt analytical models, analyze large healthcare datasets (claims, EHR, HIE) with SQL, respond to ad-hoc requests via JIRA, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve data capabilities.
