Lead and execute full lifecycle business transactions and governance matters, draft and negotiate core corporate documents, manage diligence and closings, advise on entity formation and restructurings, mentor junior attorneys, and maintain matter timelines, budgets, and client communications.

Drive regional professional sales by developing integrator channels, recruiting customers, providing product training, qualifying leads, supporting system design and technical escalations, promoting Savant products at events, and meeting revenue and installation quotas.

Lead and scale Revenue Operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and IT. Build processes, CRM governance, forecasting, KPIs, dashboards, automation and AI-enabled workflows. Drive pipeline governance, territory and capacity planning, system integrations, executive reporting, and cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, retention, and operational scalability.

Process multi-state payroll transactions, audit payroll data, resolve employee inquiries, manage manual timecard corrections and checks, assist with certified/prevailing wage payroll, maintain records and documentation, perform reconciliations and quality control, partner with HR/Finance/Benefits, and support process improvements.

Partner with a retained search firm to place software engineers and quant developers at top hedge funds. Provide candidate flow from your network; firm supplies clients, process, and fees. Drive new business for Blueground's On-Demand division through outbound prospecting, full sales-cycle ownership, and strategic account development.
