Support configuration, delivery, and integrity of proctored exams and related systems. Manage exam lifecycles, incidents, reporting, integrations (APIs/SSO), and provide tiered technical support. Contribute to content, psychometric analysis, and AI-assisted initiatives while maintaining documentation, access controls, and audit trails.

Support jury research, mock trials, and focus groups by configuring and operating trial presentation and data-collection technology, managing AV logistics, capturing and editing video, building OnCue databases, troubleshooting live presentations, and coordinating with research and litigation teams. Frequent travel (40-50%) for on-site sessions required.
