Develop Shipley-aligned processes, templates, QA and reviews, pricing strategy, reusable assets, and technology integration. Manage and mentor proposal managers, drive metrics and continuous improvement, collaborate with capture, finance, and executives, and implement AI and automation to increase efficiency and win rates across federal, state, and local health and human services opportunities.

Lead and scale simulation operations team to create, tag, execute, and QA simulation scenarios and test suites. Build evaluation metrics, synthesize results into actionable reports, and integrate AI/LLM tools and automation to accelerate scenario generation, bug triage, and reporting for autonomy stakeholders.

Own and maintain training and documentation for BPO partners and internal support teams. Build LMS courses, author Zendesk Help Center articles and macros, run content audits, perform skill-gap analyses using support metrics, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver live training and onboarding to improve agent and AI-assisted support performance.

Serve as chief of staff to senior sales leadership, establish GTM cadence, optimize sales processes, analyze performance, lead territory and forecast planning, maintain CRM and revenue systems, and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive sales efficiency and growth.
