Lead a global Escalation Management team for a 24x7x365 SaaS environment, managing high-impact customer escalations, building processes and automation, driving data-driven improvements, coordinating cross-functional solutions, delivering RCAs and executive updates, and developing team skills and metrics to ensure timely resolution and improved customer experience.

Supervise repossession and remarketing operations, manage vendor relationships, hire/train remote staff, maximize vehicle recovery value, ensure compliance and documentation, audit expenses, and monitor KPIs to improve efficiencies.

Provide Tier 1/2 support for macOS/Windows and cloud SaaS, manage onboarding/offboarding and IAM (SSO/MFA), administer MDM, document and resolve ITSM tickets, maintain assets/licenses, and drive automation and AI-based process improvements.

Review applications for duplication of benefits, fraud, and eligibility; verify documentation accuracy; follow policies and SOPs; log and escalate issues; implement corrective actions; manage workload and communicate with case managers to ensure compliance and quality control.

Manage daily operations of the Major Case Unit handling complex commercial claims. Lead workload planning, oversee reserves and settlements, direct litigation strategy and defense counsel, analyze claim trends, resolve complex coverage and service issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements and performance monitoring.

Lead and scale the Business Operations function, translate corporate strategy into operational execution, own company-wide operating systems (OKRs, planning, reviews), remove execution risks, improve organizational efficiency, and establish project management and process rigor across Wing.

Lead management of complex property, casualty, catastrophe, auto, and workers' compensation claims; oversee TPAs and vendors; evaluate coverage, reserves, and settlements; mentor claims staff; drive process improvements, KPIs, and catastrophe response.

Translate and edit healthcare member communications from English into Punjabi, ensuring clear, culturally appropriate language. Work Pacific Time hours using CAT tools (XTM preferred), meet same-day delivery deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail for insurance and medical documents.

Provide executive-level operational support to the SVP, lead cross-functional projects, design and improve processes and SOPs, support healthcare network and health plan operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cross-departmental collaboration to advance strategic initiatives.

Provide end-user EHR support for clinical users: triage and resolve cases, escalate when needed, maintain CRM records and knowledge articles, build client relationships, work shifts between 8am–8pm, and contribute to process and tool improvements.
