The Principal, Strategic Operations leads the design and execution of Digible's operating systems, driving strategy adoption across the organization through planning and prioritization. They facilitate decision-making among senior leadership and ensure accountability for strategic initiatives, fostering organizational change and aligning operational efforts with business outcomes.

Partner with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, manage the CEO's office operations, coordinate cross-functional execution (OKRs, org design, M&A), prepare executive briefings, oversee communications and investor/board relations, and implement automation and AI tools to increase efficiency. Manage calendar, travel, and high-visibility events while acting as a trusted proxy and connector across the organization.

Handle inbound cancellation calls and outbound lapse-recovery contacts to retain life insurance policyholders. Assess situations, recommend solutions, document interactions, maintain product knowledge, adapt communication bilingually (English/Spanish), and meet call center KPIs for retention, quality, and attendance in a remote environment.

Own partner operations for the Revenue Operations team: ensure Salesforce data hygiene, manage deal registration and partner-sourced discounts, produce analyses and dashboards, document processes, support partner portals, and drive operational improvements to accelerate partner-sourced revenue while supporting leadership and cross-functional teams.

Partner with enterprise financial firms to design and implement scalable practice management programs. Lead executive engagement, success roadmapping, content and curriculum development, and live facilitation. Drive adoption through program design, data-driven recommendations, and feedback to Product. Travel regularly to client sites and industry events to deliver sessions and represent Zocks as a subject-matter expert.

Maintain an inventory of AI tools, index field use cases, track adoption and utilization, manage access requests and provisioning, ensure AI data hygiene, produce simple reporting, and create communications and micro-enablement to drive field AI adoption.

Connect individually with students to assess interest in returning to school, build rapport, schedule Success Coach meetings, document progress in a CRM, manage high call volume and multi-channel outreach, collaborate with university partners, and use data to prioritize outreach.

Manage end-to-end California workers' compensation claims, including complex/high-exposure files. Conduct investigations, determine compensability, set reserves, manage medical and indemnity benefits, control litigation and legal costs, negotiate settlements, and provide excellent service to agents and insureds while mentoring junior adjusters and improving claims processes.

Provide remote technical support for VinSolutions and Cox Automotive products via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, log cases in the CRM, escalate to other teams as needed, and keep clients informed while meeting quality standards and shift requirements.
