Perform quality audits and controls for benefits administration (COBRA/LOA/retiree), own reports and process documentation, support system testing and bug validation, identify process gaps, assist onboarding/offboarding, support client inquiries, approve refunds, train and liaise with internal teams to drive process improvement and ensure accurate end-to-end resolution.
