The Revenue Strategy and Operations role involves running marketing experiments, creating algorithms to identify customer churn, and developing outbound strategies to enhance revenue.

Handle inbound or outbound calls with prospective students, screen inquiries using interactive scripts, warm-transfer qualified leads to admissions advisors, disposition calls accurately, meet quality and performance metrics, log into multiple contact systems, and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Review user accounts and transactions to detect fraud using internal tools and SOPs. Make accurate, high-volume case decisions, escalate exceptions, meet productivity and quality KPIs, track time, and work weekends.

Provide first-line IT support for a remote workforce: troubleshoot hardware/software, manage user accounts and onboarding, resolve Tier 1 tickets, document processes, maintain SLAs, and escalate with clear diagnostic information.

Provide remote administrative support: manage client communications (calls, emails), handle A/R and A/P, process work orders, manage lease renewals and compliance documents, assist with client marketing and social media, follow SOPs, report to leadership, and represent company values. Must work graveyard shift and maintain required home-office tech.
