Support accountants by entering sales, COGS, deposits and inventory transactions into accounting software; perform bank, credit card and loan reconciliations; enter and match invoices to receiving activity; research discrepancies; code transactions to GL and provide ongoing support to the accounting team and retail clients.

The Accountant will manage period-end activities, vendor bills, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and support cross-functional teams in a high-growth AI company.

Perform actuarial analyses and profitability reporting to support management decisions; calculate monthly IBNR reserves; evaluate reimbursement processes; run regular and ad-hoc data studies to improve efficiency, MLR, and operating results; participate in cross-functional initiatives and present findings to stakeholders.
