Partners with sales, field operations, and disposal facilities; supports proposals and RFPs; develops cost models, sales tools, and training; oversees quality and profitability; and directs CleanPack sales specialists. Requires extensive hazardous waste experience, regulatory expertise, financial modeling skills, and 25–50% travel.

Leads global sales excellence by improving forecast accuracy, diagnosing commercial performance gaps, and standardizing enterprise sales motions across regions. Owns cross-functional improvement programs, sales technology and AI enablement, deployment sequencing, adoption measurement, and leadership reporting. Partners with Sales Operations, Finance, Enablement, Technology, Analytics, Marketing Operations, and other commercial functions to deliver measurable improvements in sales predictability, seller productivity, and execution.

Leads continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational performance, quality, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. Partners with business leaders to identify opportunities, analyze root causes, optimize processes, establish performance metrics, standardize work, and implement data-driven solutions.
