Lead configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing administration of Oracle HCM and related business systems. Act as liaison between business units and IT, evaluate user needs, design solutions, support system operations, ensure data security and integrity, and contribute to process improvement and departmental budgeting.

Lead end-to-end brand, digital, and motion design across website, product marketing, campaigns, events, and video. Translate brand and product strategy into visual work, partner with product and engineering for visual consistency, present work to stakeholders, and track/apply relevant design and motion trends.

Lead the AI Coaching product: define roadmap, design trust and human-in-the-loop guardrails, run experiments and metrics, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive behavior-change outcomes for members.
