Develop concept-driven, high-volume creative pipelines using traditional and AI-generated production, own performance analytics and testing frameworks, manage agencies and cross-functional teams, and establish QC processes to iterate on creatives that lower CPIs and drive user acquisition and engagement.

Support enterprise GTM by creating and customizing sales narratives, decks, ROI frameworks, and customer stories. Partner with AEs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success to produce deal-specific content that advances complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities. Build reusable content libraries, participate in deal reviews and account plans, translate technical proofs into CFO-facing business cases, and support expansion into new industries and lines of business.

Own ad creative strategy and intelligence across products, build dashboards and systems, generate and prioritize creative hypotheses, manage end-to-end paid creative production (UGC, influencers, in-house, external), partner with media buyers, and translate creative learnings into company-wide insights to drive growth.

Founding Growth Lead will build the end-to-end growth engine: own funnel analytics, multi-channel pipeline creation, experimentation, positioning/messaging, tooling/automation (AI-first), and activation/retention loops to drive meetings, pipeline, onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
