Manage and lead the Investor Services team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence across Fund Administration and Deal Services customers. Responsibilities include performance metrics ownership, customer engagement, and process improvement initiatives.

Manage ongoing relationships with established mental health providers to retain and grow their practices. Conduct proactive outreach, run availability reviews, enable feature adoption, log interactions in HubSpot, escalate issues cross-functionally, and meet measurable activity and retention goals.

Provide high-touch user support via Intercom, troubleshoot web/mobile and integrations, build Intercom automations and AI-driven workflows, create help center content, report bugs and collaborate with product and engineering, and support onboarding to improve user experience and reduce friction.

Oversee campaign execution with internal teams, lead onboarding and training, deliver performance reporting and optimization recommendations, identify upsell opportunities, and advocate client needs internally.
