Manage YouTube asset workflows: source, prepare, and distribute assets; handle metadata, geoblocking, approvals, and uploads; coordinate cross-team communication; compile performance data and support marketing uploads.

Lead and manage the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM programs to ensure a single source of truth for assets and services. Oversee CMDB design, data quality, CSDM alignment, Discovery and Service Mapping, ITOM roadmap, reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Serve as the CRO's second-in-command to align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and CX. Own the revenue tech stack, data governance, forecasting, reporting, lead lifecycle, and cross-functional initiatives to drive pipeline integrity, forecasting accuracy, and scalable GTM execution.

Support Product's operating system by improving processes, documentation, dashboards, and cross-functional coordination. Maintain intake, roadmap, dependency tracking, releases, and decision logs. Identify and automate manual workflows, apply AI-enabled tools responsibly, and produce reporting to increase visibility, alignment, and delivery speed across Product, Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams.

Run and maintain Zapier's incident program operations: manage incident tooling and on-call systems, build AI-powered automations and dashboards, maintain runbooks and enablement, operate reporting and observability, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to keep incident response reliable and scalable.

Own Salesforce platform health and improvements: gather requirements, design scalable declarative solutions (Flows, fields, layouts), manage security and data quality, handle DevOps/release management, administer Certinia PSA, support integrations (e.g., NetSuite), triage user support, document automations, and liaise with stakeholders to define roadmap and governance.

Drive dealer enrollment, launch, and ongoing sustainment of MobileService+ across the Northeast region. Serve as field SME for issue resolution, coach dealers on operations and technician readiness, analyze performance trends, implement corrective actions, develop scalable sustainment processes, and coordinate cross-functional partners. Requires frequent travel and regional residency.
