The Senior Managing Director will lead and oversee curriculum design and instructional materials development, managing projects and client relationships while ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with educational frameworks.

Own and operate end-to-end claims servicing for treaty and delegated authority reinsurance portfolios. Responsibilities include claims intake, triage, tracking, escalation, bordereaux and reserve coordination, settlement support, stakeholder management, reporting, audit controls, and process improvement. The role requires reducing claim ageing, resolving data and payment issues, maintaining accurate financial status records, and ensuring claims handling aligns with contract terms, authorities, and compliance requirements.

Reviews clinical trial contracts, budgets, amendments, and templates to extract payable activities and configure customer study data accurately. Collaborates with internal teams and customers to resolve configuration issues, manage quality risks, meet KPIs and SLAs, and support successful implementation delivery. Maintains audit procedures, contributes to process documentation, and partners with Product and IT on platform improvements while supporting positive customer relationships.

Owns internal IT operations for a fully remote telehealth company, including SaaS administration, identity and access management, device lifecycle and MDM, employee technical support, asset management, onboarding and offboarding, documentation, infrastructure operations, and security compliance controls. Leads foundational initiatives such as migrating OneDrive to Google Drive, deploying MDM, centralizing SaaS inventory, standardizing IT processes, and supporting Zendesk administration and integrations.

Provides Tier 2 technical support for configuration, integration, environment, database, API, and data issues. Investigates and resolves client tickets, troubleshoots SQL and API problems, supports go-lives and upgrades, escalates code defects to Engineering, maintains SLA-driven queues in Salesforce Service Cloud, mentors Tier 1 staff, identifies recurring issues, and contributes to support tooling and documentation improvements.

Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to shape enterprise priorities, structure complex decisions, drive strategy execution, establish KPIs, resolve cross-functional trade-offs, and lead high-impact initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor and operator who extends the CEO’s impact, creates organizational alignment, and improves workflows through AI and emerging tools.

Manage end-to-end operations for specialized participant pools supporting AI projects. Responsibilities include participant onboarding, verification, quality management, engagement monitoring, process optimization, project planning, documentation, and stakeholder enablement. Partner with product, technology, data, science, delivery, and customer success teams to scale manual workflows into technology-driven solutions and support high-quality human data collection for AI tasks.

Administer and extend CRM, contact center, and AI-agent platforms supporting Customer Operations. Configure workflows, routing, permissions, prompts, knowledge sources, integrations, and automations. Troubleshoot data-flow issues, monitor AI performance, document system configurations, maintain runbooks, train users, evaluate tools, and translate business requirements into reliable system configurations.

Oversee homeowners package underwriting performance, profitability, risk selection, pricing, compliance, and service quality. Manage and develop underwriting staff through coaching, feedback, training, and performance management. Maintain underwriting procedures, review automation rules, support product and system enhancements, oversee testing, collaborate with agents and internal teams, and drive process improvements, efficiency, growth, and profitability.
