The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering roles, focusing on senior-level hires, improving hiring strategies, and enhancing candidate experience.

The Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for Revenue and Product & Engineering teams, developing innovative strategies and acting as a brand ambassador.

Administer end-to-end U.S. employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, leave, wellness, retirement), manage open enrollment and 401(k) administration and audits, ensure HRIS data accuracy and regulatory compliance, liaise with brokers/carriers/payroll, support global benefits coordination, and provide benefits reporting, communications, and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end recruiting for manager-to-VP roles across paid media, CRM, performance creative, and growth teams. Partner with division leads to scope roles, build talent maps, run proactive sourcing, manage candidate experience, negotiate offers, maintain ATS data (Ashby), and report on hiring metrics. Coach interviewers and represent the employer brand in the market.

Provide executive-level HR and talent consulting across an Area of Responsibility, leading organization design, workforce planning, succession, compensation, change management, and talent strategies. Use data and benchmarking to build insights, influence senior leaders, and drive measurable business outcomes while navigating enterprise and AOR priorities.

Designs and develops company-wide blended learning solutions (eLearning, instructor-led, videos, job aids). Leads projects, consults with SMEs, evaluates training effectiveness, mentors other instructional designers, creates on-brand learning assets, and conducts train-the-trainer sessions to improve employee performance and meet organizational goals.

Lead multi-session leadership development cohorts for construction clients: design and deliver interactive workshops, facilitate discussions and coaching, adapt content in real time, build client relationships, mentor junior facilitators, and partner with internal teams to improve program quality and outcomes. Extensive travel (70–80%) across the U.S.; consultative approach required.

Partner with managers across US, Israel, and Europe to drive team health, performance, onboarding, offboarding, and hiring. Maintain People systems and data integrity (Rippling, Ashby, Notion), run performance cycles and engagement rhythms, support workforce planning with COO/Finance, and serve as first point of contact for employee questions while building scalable people programs.

The Corporate Technical Recruiter will proactively source technical talent, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and manage candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Provide strategic, systems-level HR leadership to design and execute people strategy, strengthen HR operations, lead compensation, ensure legal compliance, build and develop HR staff, partner with senior leaders, drive change management, use people data for decisions, and support ministry fund development and travel as required.
