Own global payroll operations and equity administration across employees, EORs, and contractors. Lead and develop a team of clinical and coding trainers to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that improve onboarding, speed-to-proficiency, performance, and operational readiness. Partner cross-functionally to assess needs, measure effectiveness, manage resources, and scale learning solutions for payment integrity clinical and coding audits.

Own and operate SoundHound's global equity program end-to-end: administer RSU/PSU awards and lifecycle events, design SOX controls and procedures, manage Shareworks as system of record, coordinate with Legal/Finance/Tax/Payroll and auditors, handle Section 16 and 10-Q/10-K disclosures, maintain 10b5-1 plans, and provide cross-functional guidance and strategic equity program improvements.
