The role also establishes sales processes, forecasting, KPIs, and operating cadence while developing toward leadership of the broader revenue organization.

Coordinates end-to-end technology integrations for insurance enrollment projects, serving as the primary contact among clients, technology partners, Salesforce teams, compliance, QA, and actuarial departments. Responsibilities include validating implementation feasibility, managing project documentation and deadlines, preparing product specifications and implementation packages, configuring SFTP file routines, coordinating testing and approvals, resolving quality issues, maintaining Salesforce records, supporting internal teams, and improving integration processes and customer experience.

Supports Real Estate Owned operations by verifying deed recordings, researching and maintaining tax information, entering title data, following up on title reports, and maintaining accurate records.
