Operate and maintain servers, cloud and network infrastructure (Azure, Hyper-V, Cisco/Aruba). Manage VMs, containers, ICAM/Okta integrations, STIG compliance, Tier III escalations, and on-call support while documenting procedures.

Part-time administrative and operational support for a financial planning practice: manage advisor calendar and client communications, process account paperwork and service requests, maintain Wealthbox CRM, prepare meeting materials, and own projects to improve client service and operational efficiency.

Monitor and manage payment flows and incidents across PSPs (Stripe, Adyen), perform root-cause analysis, maintain runbooks and KPI reporting, coordinate cross-functional escalations, support PSP/vendor onboarding and SLA tracking, and use AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

Administer and maintain the ERP and connected business systems, provide global user support and training, manage access/security, perform configuration, testing, integrations, and data QA, and partner with finance and operations to maintain reports, BI tools, and process improvements.

Monitor real-time card transaction activity across multiple platforms to identify and investigate suspicious behavior. Classify fraud types, manage disputes and chargebacks end-to-end per Visa/Mastercard rules, escalate appropriately, communicate with cardholders and stakeholders, reconcile GL items related to disputes, produce accurate case documentation, and contribute to fraud trend reporting and detection rule improvements.

Second-line technical support for enterprise customers: own escalations, troubleshoot edge AI platform hardware/network/software, reproduce bugs, coordinate with Engineering and Customer Success, maintain runbooks, and participate in on-call rotations.

Handle high-volume inbound customer calls and transactional support requests (account updates, order status, billing). Document interactions in case systems, manage follow-ups and queues, escalate as needed, and use Salesforce and Office 365 to support timely, quality resolutions.

The ECPC oversees and facilitates the association's election processes, handling candidate covenanting and conflicts, receiving campaign financial reports, and hosting candidate forums. Works with the Board Secretary to process election information and meets monthly virtually and briefly in-person at General Assembly. Two-year volunteer term with renewal limits.
