Own and improve core accounting operations for a scaling SaaS company: revenue recognition (ASC 606), billing, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, SaaS metrics (MRR/ARR/churn/NRR), audit and tax support, process automation, and cross-functional partnership to ensure accurate reporting and strong controls.

Lead Technology FP&A including weekly/monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, FinOps and TCO analysis, KPI and variance reporting, project financial performance, cost optimization, headcount/capex/opex reporting, and financial modeling for technology investments; present results to executives and improve reporting through automation.

Own end-to-end billing and revenue recognition for a SaaS business line: prepare and issue invoices, reconcile billed vs. recognized revenue, maintain deferred revenue schedules, resolve discrepancies, support collections, coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams, participate in NetSuite implementation and audits, and maintain organized financial records.

Provide strategic guidance on complex SaaS deals, pricing, discounts, and revenue recognition. Lead quote-to-cash optimizations, manage high-value escalations, mentor junior deal desk staff, and drive cross-functional process improvements and system enhancements to ensure compliant, scalable deal governance.
