Outbound-focused Marketing Development Representative responsible for prospecting target accounts via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video; researching accounts and stakeholders; personalizing outreach; booking qualified meetings for Account Executives; maintaining CRM data (HubSpot); tracking activity against goals; and surfacing buyer insights to Sales and Marketing.

Investigate integrity issues, run root-cause analysis, build automation in Python/SQL, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to embed quality controls, train reviewers, and scale repeatable quality playbooks across programs.

Manage a civil engineering division supporting capital projects, plan review, and infrastructure construction/maintenance. Supervise staff, oversee project design and technical reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate multi‑department projects, perform hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, develop plans using CAD, and represent the department in public forums.

Provide expert technical support and product/application guidance for refractory products; develop market growth strategies, product launches, promotions, and business cases; perform application analysis, collaborate on failure investigations, conduct market and portfolio analysis, and present at industry events.

Provide multilingual customer support via email, chat, and community channels; track shipments, handle returns, and resolve order issues by coordinating with fulfillment partners; learn product SKUs and fulfillment flows; improve support workflows, documentation, and FAQs; participate in initial hands-on warehouse training.

Consult with Penske Collision to design, deliver, and facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning programs. Create instructional materials and eLearning modules, operate learning technologies and LMS, track learning metrics, support program delivery and scheduling, and collaborate on talent development projects. Travel up to 20-25% required.
