The role owns creative testing frameworks, CPA improvement, analytics taxonomies, content libraries, UGC and branded production, brand guardrails, regulatory review systems, and cross-channel creative learning across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and YouTube. The manager will hire and mentor creative strategists, designers, editors, and operations staff while improving creative velocity, hit rates, and acquisition performance.
