Design, develop, deploy, and support secure, scalable mobile applications and cloud-native solutions. Build React Native applications, integrate REST APIs, improve performance and reliability, and apply mobile security best practices. Drive automation, CI/CD, DevSecOps, incident management, observability, and cloud operations using AI-enabled tools and Infrastructure as Code. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, influence technical decisions, and continuously improve engineering practices and platform capabilities.

Designs and analyzes steel utility transmission and distribution structures using structural engineering software and finite element methods. Develops compliant, manufacturable, and cost-effective designs for quotes and orders; interprets customer specifications; supports drafting and sales; reviews drawings and as-built products; coordinates milestones; provides technical support; and ensures compliance with industry codes. The role may guide junior staff and requires up to 10% travel.

Build and operate AI agent systems with customer engineering teams, helping move prototypes into reliable production systems. Design agents, improve evaluations, monitoring, scaling, and reliability, and train customers on the Mastra framework. Translate recurring customer challenges into open-source framework improvements, fix performance issues, ship new primitives, improve code quality, and influence the product roadmap through production insights.

Designs and implements analytics and query capabilities in Elasticsearch, develops data-intensive features, resolves complex bugs, optimizes data structures and algorithms, and contributes modern Java code. Collaborates autonomously with globally distributed engineering, UI, solutions, and open-source communities. Provides technical expertise, guides projects from design through delivery, and uses AI to accelerate development, debugging, and code optimization.
