The role supports government clients, disaster recovery testing, change control, compliance, root-cause analysis, and off-hours maintenance. It also documents implementation plans, coordinates ITSM approvals, resolves vendor issues, and mentors government employees and junior technical staff. An active Secret clearance and recent CompTIA certification are required.

Design, build, and maintain HubSpot automations, integrations, internal apps, CRM extensions, and data-cleanup systems. Develop custom-coded actions and serverless functions using JavaScript and Python, integrate third-party platforms, and support complex CRM schemas, routing, subscriptions, and lifecycle automation. Partner with consultants and architects to translate client requirements into scalable technical solutions, contribute to discovery and scoping, and lead technical delivery across multiple remote client projects.

Build production software and scalable cloud systems for AI-powered insurance calls. Responsibilities include designing core LLM systems, refining prompts, developing privacy- and security-conscious solutions, orchestrating thousands of concurrent phone calls, integrating FHIR APIs, testing, debugging, and documenting software.
