The Senior Manual QA Engineer will ensure system reliability, design test strategies, execute test cases, mentor engineers, and improve QA methodologies within a SaaS platform.

Design and build test automation frameworks, guide teams on coverage levels, define testing standards, introduce testing tools, mentor junior engineers, maintain test environments, and prioritize automation work across product teams using Playwright and API testing.

Design, execute, and maintain tests for the Theia™ SDK and internal platforms. Build automated test suites, manage Jira workflows, and improve AI-assisted development tooling.

Investigate and resolve client-reported technical issues across web and mobile platforms, perform scenario-based testing, monitor and debug RESTful services, assist with eligibility file processing and system monitoring, coordinate with global support teams, and participate in design and code reviews to ensure platform reliability and scalability.
