Own and build features in a custom Flutter engine and Dart runtime fork using C++. Design, implement, ship, and support systems-level features (asset support, hot restart, crash reporting, profiling) while maintaining build infra and coordinating rebases and native tooling. Work remotely on a small team with high ownership and customer impact.

Design, develop, and maintain HealthStream software products. Troubleshoot defects, trace issues to source code, participate in deployments and CI/CD, collaborate with QA and shared services, provide solution design and architectural guidance, mentor peers and contractors, and use Java/Spring Boot (and PHP as needed) with relational databases and modern developer tooling.

Lead Salesforce architect and platform owner responsible for org architecture, integrations (Boomi/APIs), coding standards, release management, and mentoring two engineers. Drive technical design, security, data model, and cross-platform alignment with enterprise data strategy.
