Leads Dropbox’s global Revenue and Marketing Operations strategy across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. Owns revenue planning, forecasting, segmentation, territories, quotas, incentives, GTM systems, analytics, pipeline management, and operational cadence across the customer lifecycle. Partners with executive leadership, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to drive predictable growth, AI adoption, productivity, and transformation while building a high-performing Revenue Operations organization.

Develops and implements knowledge management strategies, processes, systems, and tools. Captures and organizes organizational knowledge, analyzes metrics, identifies process efficiencies, and supports automation. Collaborates with business leaders, subject matter experts, and IT teams to improve knowledge sharing and retention. Creates technical documentation, delivers training and workshops, manages initiatives, researches emerging technologies, and promotes adoption of knowledge management practices across managed services teams.

Leads ChowNow’s GTM Revenue Operations function across Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Systems. Owns GTM process improvement, systems architecture, technical-debt reduction, workflow design, forecasting, territory and compensation infrastructure, and cross-functional alignment. Manages a team of 5–7 direct reports while advising the CEO on systems risks, priorities, and strategic opportunities.
