The Sr. Solutions Consultant will lead post-sales implementation of data center automation initiatives, including design, deployment, and integration of VMware solutions and automation technologies.

Define and lead AI, data, and platform architecture for an agentic SOC and MIaaS. Translate product strategy into scalable designs, guide cross-functional delivery, ensure governance, data quality, retrieval, and model lifecycle support, and engage customers and executives on architecture and roadmap.

Partner with sales to demo Alkira's SaaS networking platform, lead POCs, design and troubleshoot large-scale enterprise and hybrid/multi-cloud networks, and translate customer requirements into product feedback and deployment best practices.

Provide L3/L4 technical support for Hammerspace customers across the West Coast and Asia, troubleshoot complex filesystem, storage, and networking issues, drive escalations to resolution, collaborate with sales/product/engineering, document learnings for the knowledge base, and participate in team ceremonies and process improvements.

Provide compensation consultation to HR partners and managers; perform market pricing, job evaluation, and job architecture maintenance; support annual merit/bonus and incentive programs; build costing and budgeting models; ensure compliance with FLSA and wage laws; maintain HRIS compensation data and produce analytics and reports.

Support clients with tax notices, audits, and debt collections by analyzing notices, preparing responses, developing audit defense strategies, negotiating with tax authorities, conducting legal research, drafting appeals and settlement documents, and maintaining client communication while staying current on tax laws.

Own net-new revenue for payer technology services: build a qualified pipeline, execute full-cycle sales (prospecting through close), write proposals, price deals, and collaborate with delivery leaders. Focus on tactical and longer fixed-price projects, start outreach immediately, and travel ~10%.

Drive revenue by managing and growing relationships with key security, low-voltage, and Pro AV distributors. Execute joint business plans, promotions, forecasts, and product launches. Provide training, conduct QBRs and sales reviews, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and collaborate cross-functionally to align distributor activity with go-to-market strategy.

Lead technical work on biosolids thickening, dewatering, and thermal process projects. Perform analysis, modeling, and design; produce reports, plans, specifications, and P&IDs; support business development; mentor staff; develop technical standards and training; and collaborate nationally to deliver solutions for municipal and private-sector clients.

Manage and grow a portfolio of post-onboarding automotive repair shops, proactively reduce churn, protect recurring revenue, and drive expansion through consultative, strategic account management for multi-shop operators and complex customer relationships.
