Lead and mentor the AR team to oversee cash application, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. Serve as escalation for complex billing and dunning, manage sales tax/VAT, partner with Deal Desk and Revenue teams, drive process improvements, support system implementations, and perform GL cash entries and reconciliations.

Lead and oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, and reconciliations. Manage monthly/quarterly/annual close, prepare and analyze financial statements, ensure GAAP compliance, coordinate audits, maintain internal controls, and lead budgeting/forecasting. Supervise and develop accounting staff, manage ERP/accounting systems, support tax filings, and provide financial insights to senior leadership to improve profitability and efficiency.

Manage end-to-end global payroll cycles, ensure compliance and accurate GL entries, lead and mentor the payroll team, reconcile and report payroll, implement process improvements, and serve as primary payroll contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Provides tax accounting methods consulting on income and expense recognition, inventory, capitalization, cost recovery, accounting periods, and accounting method changes. Conducts tax research, analyzes client data, prepares calculations and Form 3115 filings, and supports multiple client projects. Collaborates with firm leaders and business personnel while mentoring staff and contributing to client-focused tax strategies.

Manage daily clearing, settlement, margining, reconciliation, and risk controls for US futures. Ensure regulatory compliance (CFTC/NFA/CME), lead team operations, improve processes and systems, and liaise with exchanges, vendors, and clients.
