The Senior/Principal Performance Engineer will lead system and application performance across products, optimize workloads, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and integrate AI tools while collaborating across teams to ensure top-tier performance outcomes.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and databases, integrate AI/LLM capabilities into production workflows, participate in Agile delivery (sprints, testing, releases), mentor teammates, provide on-call support, and drive quality through test-first practices and CI/CD/containerized deployments.

Lead and contribute to an agile scrum team to deliver scalable web application features within sprints. Complete user stories, troubleshoot issues, design and implement complex software solutions, mentor developers, and maintain system architecture, SDLC adherence, and technical documentation. Lead technical support and implementation of EHR interoperability solutions. Manage complex integrations (discovery, requirements, testing, go-live), troubleshoot incidents, document mappings and runbooks, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and improve integration processes across platforms like Redox, Corepoint, HL7, and Epic Aura.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL and streaming data pipelines into cloud warehouses. Implement transformations and dimensional models (dbt), ensure data quality and observability, write SQL for analysis, support BI/dashboarding, monitor SLAs, troubleshoot incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver analytics-ready datasets.

Lead and mentor an engineering team to deliver high-quality SaaS features end-to-end. Own and evolve high-scale backend and data-layer services. Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
