Lead Prelim’s security program across secure SDLC, application and cloud security, IAM, incident response, endpoint management, vendor risk, security reviews, and SOC 2 Type II compliance. Partner with DevOps and engineering, coordinate penetration testing, develop policies and risk roadmaps, manage audits and customer questionnaires, and improve detection and access controls. The role is the company’s first dedicated security hire and requires strong judgment, communication, and hands-on technical skills.

Design and implement automated cloud security controls across multi-cloud environments. Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, harden infrastructure and IaC, manage IAM and secrets, advance container and workload security, protect AI/ML systems and data, and support monitoring, detection, and incident response for cloud applications.

Lead enterprise Identity and Access Management strategy, operations, automation, and roadmap development. Design and operate SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA, directory services, lifecycle management, access reviews, and self-service workflows across cloud and on-premises environments. Integrate IAM with HR, ITSM, and business applications, support audits, enforce security frameworks, manage vendors and costs, mentor technical staff, and improve identity security through Zero Trust, conditional access, and measurable automation.

Owns company-wide security across product, infrastructure, corporate systems, and IT. Responsibilities include fixing authentication and authorization issues, managing keys and secrets, hardening internal tools, improving permissions, contributing to backend engineering, and leading security reviews, incident response, and security tooling. This hands-on role requires broad security expertise, strong software engineering ability, and comfort working in an ambiguous early-stage startup environment.

Leads Microsoft identity, security, endpoint management, and Zero Trust architecture. Responsibilities include modernizing Active Directory and Entra ID, implementing passwordless authentication, transforming Intune and Autopilot deployments, designing secure access architectures, establishing identity governance, and developing PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation. The role owns the Microsoft platform roadmap and partners with technology, security, infrastructure, compliance, service desk, and business stakeholders.

Conducts threat-driven security testing of client-facing web applications, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and fraud-control validation. Assesses risk, assigns severity, develops practical remediation guidance, and partners with defensive and business teams to improve detection and response. Provides written assessments, supports enterprise security initiatives, and mentors junior security professionals.

Conduct attacker-driven security research on Aave protocol changes, smart contracts, integrations, and critical dependencies. Review architecture and code before audits or deployment, identify exploitable protocol risks, contribute to AI-assisted security tooling, and translate findings into invariants, testing, monitoring, and incident-response improvements. Collaborate with engineers, auditors, and monitoring teams while communicating risk, severity, uncertainty, and trade-offs clearly.

Lead security and reliability integration for customer-facing SaaS products. Responsibilities include monitoring application and cloud-stack telemetry, maintaining regulatory-compliant architecture, building monitoring infrastructure, defining SLAs and deployment guidelines, supporting uptime and business continuity, and establishing, tuning, and auditing security policies, tools, and objectives.

Build and operate automated security infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes, including cryptographic-material lifecycles, security telemetry, compliance automation, policy-as-code, threat modeling, and CI/CD security controls. Develop agentic AI workflows using tools such as Claude Code and MCP integrations. Support incident response, review security architecture, automate evidence collection, and partner with engineering, audit, risk, vendors, and clients to improve security posture at scale.

Leads the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management platform, owning architecture, implementation, configuration, enhancements, automation, and ongoing service improvements. Manages Policy and Compliance, Audit, Risk, Vulnerability, and Vendor Risk processes while supporting additional ServiceNow modules. Acts as technology product owner, facilitates Agile delivery, coordinates testing and training, oversees quality and reporting, and collaborates with technical teams, vendors, stakeholders, and senior management on risk and compliance solutions.
