Founding GTM Lead will own end-to-end go-to-market execution: community, content, partnerships, outreach; recruit design partners and early customers; drive commercial conversations; provide market feedback to product; track competitive landscape; and represent the company externally.

Outside sales role owning full sales cycle for water and wastewater equipment. Prospect, develop, and close new business, retain accounts, perform in-person consultations and demos, prepare estimates/proposals, support turnkey projects, use CRM, deliver technical presentations, and meet annual sales targets within an assigned Oklahoma territory.

Own and grow a portfolio of international enterprise accounts by deepening relationships, driving renewals and expansions, and coordinating with product and implementation teams. Serve as customer advocate, lead account planning and executive reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and travel frequently for onsite engagements to ensure successful outcomes.

Create and manage photography, videography, and edited media for worship services and events. Produce social media content, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and provide analytics. Maintain media archives, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with ministry leaders and volunteers.

Improve and operationalize detection workflows by designing, testing, and optimizing sourcing queries, collection methods, enrichment logic, and alerts. Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and threat trends, analyze recurring alert patterns to inform scalable improvements, and support onboarding and ongoing detection implementations for select customers.

Manage relationships with current customers, own pipeline reporting and forecasting, maintain CRM hygiene, build sales materials, close smaller net-new deals, create automations for repetitive tasks, and support GTM and commercial strategy.

Lead segment strategy, validation, and GTM for priority audiences. Design experiments to prove product-market fit by segment, translate insights into positioning and playbooks, and enable cross-functional teams to execute growth and retention initiatives.
