Senior Director responsible for leading and scaling global ecommerce operational teams (content, localization, onboarding). Drives operational strategy, process optimization, AI-enabled automation, KPIs, governance, and cross-functional workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and execution across Commercial Operations.

Review account activity and approve or escalate payment requests using AI-assisted analysis. Detect suspicious activity and fraud patterns, implement regulatory requirements, recommend process improvements, document procedures, and collaborate cross-functionally to balance compliance, user experience, and scalable growth.

Manage and optimize revenue operations by owning Salesforce and CPQ processes, building dashboards and deal desk, analyzing revenue data, supporting quota and compensation administration, and maintaining sales playbooks and contract processing to drive revenue growth.

Lead stakeholder discovery and data-driven analysis for claims processes. Translate findings into system requirements, value propositions, business cases, and roadmap inputs.
