Build and manage an organization-wide developer enablement program, including tiered training, risk overlays, solution intake, compliance tracking, tooling standards, documentation, and technical support. Deliver training, resolve or route developer questions, maintain approved integration and package catalogs, and collaborate with Security, Architecture, Governance, and Data teams to improve development processes and guidance.

Provides Level 2 support for SaaS and custom insurance applications through phone, chat, email, and in-person channels. Partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize application performance, manage security and reliability, develop standards, write SQL queries and reports, document solutions, and lead continuous improvements. Provides on-call support, communicates recommendations to senior management, and mentors application support resources.

Administer and architect Jira-based outcome planning across Jira Premium, Atlassian Goals, and Jira Product Discovery. Responsibilities include redesigning hierarchy and workflows, modeling objectives and outcomes, developing cost visibility, configuring permissions and reporting, piloting solutions in a sandbox, planning migrations, documenting governance, and training product teams through a Planning Center of Excellence.

Provides technical support for NiCE Recording Solutions serving large public safety customers. Troubleshoots server, network, and VoIP issues; coordinates with customers, Support, and R&D teams; documents service requests; maintains customer communication and satisfaction; follows SLAs and support procedures; participates in knowledge transfer; and handles rotating off-hours support and occasional customer-site travel.

Provides application support for Victaulic’s global business systems, including ticket triage, troubleshooting, escalation, user onboarding and offboarding, account management, monitoring, documentation, and release coordination. The role supports M3, Infor Concierge, Jira, Easy Vista, and related platforms while collaborating with users, IT teams, vendors, and application groups. It also analyzes recurring incidents, supports testing and enhancements, maintains dashboards, and contributes to continuous improvement of service delivery.

Provides Tier 1 remote IT support, including ticket intake, troubleshooting, software and Zoom Phone support, hardware and license deployment, onboarding materials, inventory, repairs, and knowledge-base maintenance. Escalates complex issues with clear documentation, supports phishing-related requests, and collaborates with the Helpdesk team. The role covers macOS and Windows environments, SaaS provisioning, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and MDM basics.

Leads support, administration, service delivery, reporting, vendor relationships, and lifecycle management for financial and administrative applications. Oversees application incidents, operational metrics, business intelligence solutions, dashboards, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement.
