Contract SME to design end-to-end commercial lending workflows, produce reusable artifacts (workflow maps, persona maps, document/data matrices, credit-package models, policy/approval logic, playbooks, validation rubrics), assess product readiness, and advise on where AI can safely support lending and servicing processes.

The Systems Engineer will architect and implement solutions for queueing systems and state stores, improve throughput and latency, and collaborate with teams to enhance the user experience.

Own full sales cycle for 10–50 location restaurant groups: prospecting, high-volume outbound, demos, close deals, run pilots to paid conversion, and manage accounts while feeding product feedback to internal teams.

Own product positioning, messaging, and launches for an AI-native service desk. Partner with product, sales, and engineering to create sales enablement, content, and campaigns that drive adoption and growth. Develop customer and market insights, shape brand voice, and execute demand generation and product education to ensure market understanding and sales success.

Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven on-chain monitoring tools to detect blockchain threats. Collaborate with engineering, research, and stakeholders, analyze market and customer feedback, prioritize features, ensure timely delivery, and maintain transparent communication across teams.

Perform advanced offensive security work: conduct complex penetration tests, teach and integrate offensive tradecraft into the AI platform, harden product and company defenses, and collaborate with core engineers to build and ship capabilities that automate red-team techniques.

Own technical onboarding, content ingestion, widget configuration, and post-launch partner support. Triage and reproduce issues, optimize AI answer relevance via prompt/config tuning, maintain onboarding/docs and SLAs, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Partnerships to scale partner implementations and reduce recurring support work.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and enterprise deployments of Clearly AI, integrating with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and GitHub. Configure review workflows, run structured project management, optimize threat modeling/privacy/vendor-risk processes, translate deployment friction into product improvements, triage support, and create onboarding documentation to drive production adoption and measurable security outcomes.
