Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Energy Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing technical programs and projects that include the PI System
- Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting critical infrastructure, utilities, energy, or industrial customers
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business and mission outcomes
- Ability to travel as required, up to 10%
- PMP certification
- Master's degree in Engineering Management, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with Operational Technology, Industrial Control Systems, SCADA, or industrial data platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, cloud platforms, data analytics, AI, or digital twins
