Leads end-to-end IT integration projects for acquired companies, coordinating systems, data, processes, risks, milestones, and cross-functional stakeholders. Maps current-state processes, designs future-state standards, manages go-live stabilization, tracks success metrics, and reports to leadership. The role also develops integration playbooks, communications, training, and reusable best practices while driving alignment across Finance, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, HR, Product, and Legal.

Manage project controls for large construction projects, including cost and change control, budgets, invoices, contracts, schedules, earned value, risk logs, reporting, supplier delivery plans, document control, QA/QC, and project closeout. Develop, integrate, deploy, and sustain satellite ground software across the full software development lifecycle. Build full-stack, microservice-based applications using Java and other technologies, including command-and-control, mission planning, constraint checking, and 2D/3D visualization systems. Design software architectures, implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot production services, and collaborate with program managers and government customers. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and 10% travel.

Leads claims process improvement initiatives, including requirements gathering, workflow redesign, data analysis, cost-benefit evaluation, project oversight, system implementation, change management, business readiness, training, and performance tracking. Partners with claims leadership, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex operational issues, improve efficiency, meet regulatory requirements, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Analyzes complex data from multiple sources to identify business drivers, conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses, and recommend actions. Collaborates across departments, prepares findings and presentations for clients and senior management, develops reporting processes, and may review, coach, and mentor less experienced staff.

Participate in internal audit and consulting engagements from planning through completion. Review processes and controls, conduct walkthroughs, identify gaps, document and test controls, develop workpapers and data analysis workflows, and prepare client deliverables. Build insurance industry expertise, provide risk and process improvement recommendations, support implementation of controls, manage deadlines, and explore automation opportunities.

Partners with business leaders and managers on workforce planning, talent programs, employee relations, performance, engagement, retention, compensation, and organizational effectiveness. Leads workforce strategy and change initiatives, uses workforce data to recommend solutions, coaches managers and employees, supports recruiting, interprets HR policies, and standardizes HR processes. The role operates independently on day-to-day HR matters while escalating complex or enterprise-level issues.

Support build, deployment, configuration, and component installation across test and production environments. Assist test teams during business hours and on-call periods, create installation and troubleshooting documentation, and support virtual development environments. Requires UNIX administration experience, familiarity with shell scripting, and understanding of SDLC and software development principles. WebSphere, FileNet, and ODI experience are preferred.

Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated close processes; prepares journal entries, reconciliations, account analyses, and SEC reporting deliverables. Partners with finance teams on U.S. GAAP, audits, SOX controls, and technical accounting research. Identifies opportunities to automate and streamline accounting processes while supporting global finance activities and reporting accuracy.
