Lead end-to-end sales for Level's most strategic, complex marketing services opportunities. Close six- and seven-figure deals, run discovery, build customized solutions, lead RFPs and negotiations, oversee inbound/SDR functions, shape outbound strategy, improve sales infrastructure, forecast pipeline, and partner with the CRO to drive revenue and referrals.

Own day-to-day commercial operations: manage SOWs and contracts, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, issue invoices and track collections, produce recurring performance and forecast/pipeline reports, run OKR reporting cadence, and coordinate partnership pipelines. Identify stalled deals, documentation gaps, and process improvements while partnering with sales, finance, and leadership.

Lead complex federal technology and digital services projects from discovery through deployment. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources; facilitate Agile delivery; partner with technical leads; maintain project financials and reporting; serve as primary client contact and drive team collaboration and CPARS performance. Position contingent on contract award.

Manage end-to-end proposal development for RFQs/RFPs: lead teams, drive schedules, ensure compliance, assemble submissions, run bid reviews and kickoffs, and support process improvements to win aerospace/defense contracts.

Serve as the primary HR partner for US teams: own full-cycle recruitment for data center and hosting roles; support onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance and compensation processes; maintain HR records, ensure compliance, improve HR workflows, and analyze hiring metrics to scale operations.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and analytical platforms on AWS and Databricks. Migrate legacy workflows to cloud-native services, implement data lake and catalog solutions, enable AI/RAG/vector search, ensure FedRAMP/NIST compliance, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating in Agile teams.

Serve as the product owner representing client needs, define and prioritize backlog, write epics/features/user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with stakeholders and development teams, analyze market and user needs, make product decisions, and maintain product documentation within agile practices.

Manage onboarding, policy administration, and bordereaux workflows; ensure data integrity and SLA adherence; produce reports using Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel; collaborate cross-functionally to document SOPs and implement process improvements.

Lead enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform by analyzing business processes, designing AI agents, building ROI-backed automation roadmaps, delivering training and prompt engineering best practices, and measuring utilization and productivity improvements across functions.

Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile apps; design and run test plans, convert tests to TypeScript+Playwright automation, integrate tests into CI/CD, use AI-assisted tools to author and maintain tests, perform API and SQL backend testing, track defects in Jira/Zephyr, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve QA processes.
