Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across North America by hunting, full sales-cycle management, upselling existing clients, and closing mid-to-large B2B and venture-backed accounts. Lead client-facing engagements to discover, prioritize, and operationalize Microsoft Copilot and AI agent solutions. Facilitate executive workshops, define requirements and success metrics, partner with architects, manage delivery using Smartsheet and Autotask, advise on governance and adoption, mentor consultants, and support pre-sales and commercial activities to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Run end-to-end digital campaigns (email, social, SMS, sponsored ads) for multiple building-product brands to drive sample requests and qualified leads. Create publish-ready content, adapt brand voice, track metrics (open rates, CTR, SMS conversions, lead volume), and optimize campaigns. Collaborate remotely, meet goals, and manage multiple priorities and tools.

Perform civil/structural engineering and design tasks for power plant upgrades and new projects under senior supervision. Assist with calculations, modifications, equipment walkdowns, and design changes to improve plant performance, safety, and reliability. Work involves field and office duties, travel to client sites, and maintaining unescorted nuclear plant access.

Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients: prospect, close, and nurture relationships. Collaborate with founders and marketing to shape GTM, create sales collateral and playbooks, and provide customer-driven product and positioning feedback to drive adoption and scale revenue.

Provide ongoing technical support and development for Oracle NetSuite: maintain and develop SuiteScript 2.x customizations, troubleshoot and resolve script/integration/financial workflow issues, manage deployments across environments, monitor and fix bugs, support third-party integrations, and maintain technical documentation while collaborating with Finance and external partners.
