Design Microsoft-centric secure architectures (Azure, Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints), lead migrations/onboarding, mentor engineers, own root-cause analysis, implement security controls and compliance alignment, and build automation and AI-assisted tooling (PowerShell, Claude) to reduce manual work.
