Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support to merchant partners via inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails. Manage merchant relationships, resolve account/application questions, perform back-office tasks (funding, reports), surface trends internally, and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced remote environment, including nights and weekends.
