Manage engineering and construction documentation for a large infrastructure project. Maintain the EDMS, formal transmittals, document workflows, revision tracking, numbering conventions, metadata, classifications, templates, archives, and document audits. Support redline and as-built documentation, prepare work packages, train project staff, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, IT, and project stakeholders to maintain secure, accurate, and current records.

Coordinates EDGAR and SEC filing projects for clients by converting financial documents from Word, Excel, and PDF into HTML, applying SEC and EDGAR specifications, communicating with clients and senior stakeholders, and collaborating across departments through final transmission. The role requires strong attention to detail, customer service, process management, written and verbal communication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines during overnight hours.

Documents business and technical requirements, process maps, data flows, acceptance criteria, and test scripts for banking transformation initiatives. Coordinates Deposit Operations, PMO, vendors, and cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams. Supports implementation transitions, continuous improvement, data-driven decisions, risk mitigation, and project delivery for payment and core banking system transformations.

Coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, manages schedules, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and system readiness, and drives technical issues to closure. The role oversees test-system bring-up, debugging, validation, and qualification while communicating status to technical and executive stakeholders and improving program visibility and accountability.
