Leads complex manufacturing projects from concept through implementation, including capacity expansions, facility projects, equipment installations, process improvements, and production layout changes. Develops scopes, schedules, budgets, business cases, and risk mitigation plans while coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors. Applies Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methods to improve safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and costs. Ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements and reports project performance to leadership.

Leads end-to-end technology delivery for fraud-related client projects and initiatives. Coordinates internal teams, service providers, vendors, stakeholders, and engineering groups; manages risks, issues, metrics, integrations, and system enhancements. Guides technical trade-off decisions while balancing business objectives, platform strategy, customer experience, and maintainability. Analyzes complex application-support problems, recommends solutions, and provides technical oversight across the fraud book of work.

Identify global business expansion opportunities; plan and manage programs to migrate sales, ensure product delivery, customer service and revenue goals; coordinate sales/support teams; track outbound manufacturing migrations; maintain migration databases and margin reporting; create and execute custom migration strategies; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally.

Coordinates integration projects from inception through completion by maintaining workplans, schedules, budgets, reports, meetings, risks, and issue resolution. Supports integration leaders, monitors project health, resolves cross-functional scheduling conflicts, tracks costs against budgets, and ensures accurate status reporting within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

Leads the technical partnership strategy and integration governance for Genius POS Solutions. Builds partner onboarding, certification, architecture review, lifecycle management, escalation, support readiness, and operational processes. Coordinates integrations across external partners and internal Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Operations, and Support teams. Establishes technical standards, readiness criteria, performance metrics, and scalable governance while building and leading a technical partnerships organization.

Coordinates technical assistance and training projects, including requests, deliverables, meetings, events, materials, websites, newsletters, tracking systems, reports, and grant compliance documentation. Builds relationships with consumers, federal partners, staff, and project teams while supporting project planning, implementation, and closeout. Requires strong organization, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, frequent travel, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Oversee the full systems development life cycle for projects and programs, directing technical and business resources from inception through customer acceptance.
