Serve as a Business Analyst bridging Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT across Salesforce CPQ and Oracle Fusion. Elicit and document requirements, map as‑is/to‑be processes, create BRDs/FSDs/user stories, support UAT and testing, recommend configuration changes, ensure data flows and integration integrity, and drive user adoption through training and documentation.

Support execution of engineered-to-order projects from order receipt through delivery. Create and maintain schedules, track deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage documentation, run meetings, prepare status reports, identify risks, and assist Project Managers with small projects and project closeout.

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations and transformation programs across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, PLM, and HCM. Manage project governance, requirements, design, configuration oversight, testing, data migration, integrations, go-live, hypercare, vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.

Manage daily operations and support for health information systems, supervise Application Informatics Analysts, coordinate implementations, set priorities and SLAs, liaise with operations and vendors, support quality improvement and budgeting, and provide on-call IT support.

Lead and manage the Global Advisory IDIQ contract: ensure DoS compliance, oversee budgets and personnel, liaise with stakeholders, conduct program assessments and M&E, track program data, and travel internationally to monitor task orders and report performance.

Manage curriculum assessment and liaison activities between the College and Nightingale Innovations: evaluate program outcomes, support faculty training, develop assessment instruments, lead curriculum committees, ensure DoE and accreditation compliance, and support instructional strategy and LMS integration.
