Lead enterprise IT application projects from initiation to deployment, managing Salesforce implementations, integrations, data migrations, budgets, schedules, risks, governance, stakeholder communication, UAT, deployments, and Agile ceremonies across cross-functional teams.

Support PMO by coordinating small-to-medium programs and proposal efforts: create and monitor schedules, prepare status reports, analyze budget/schedule variances, manage proposal schedules and RFP/RFQ/SOW reviews, liaise with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement.

Support the Transformation Office by maintaining TPMS dashboards and reporting, driving weekly performance cadence, coordinating stakeholders, tracking financials tied to initiatives, training users, preparing leadership updates, and resolving data or process issues to ensure transformation commitments deliver value.
