Partner with the CPO to translate strategy into operating action, drive cross-functional execution, manage high-priority special projects, run product management rhythms, surface risks and dependencies, improve meeting and escalation discipline, and represent the CPO in internal forums to ensure alignment and delivery during reorganization.

Lead end-to-end program execution for aerospace/defense projects: manage customer relationships, budget, schedule, risks, and program health; own deliverables, prepare Program Review materials, support technical teams, and provide programmatic inputs for business development. Acts as primary customer POC and ensures on-time delivery.

Lead and manage multiple hardware and software product implementations end-to-end: project planning, deployment execution, customer training, milestone delivery, cross-functional coordination, process optimization, and handoff to clinical success teams.
