Manage cross-subsystem execution for satellite and human-rated space station development programs. Responsibilities include tracking action items, risks, dependencies, milestones, review readiness, schedules, and program status. Lead recurring execution meetings, coordinate engineering inputs, escalate unresolved risks, and build scalable project management processes. The role works closely with engineering teams, program leadership, schedulers, and external stakeholders in an on-site aerospace environment.

Own and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for satellite programs across engineering subsystems and development phases. Develop proposal schedules, facilitate weekly status reviews, analyze critical paths and schedule risks, track margins and variances, manage baseline change control, and coordinate supplier schedules. Support program reviews with schedule reporting and establish repeatable scheduling processes and templates. The role is on-site in Long Beach with occasional supplier travel and may require extended hours.
