Lead Taboola's global GTM business applications: own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Salesforce and sales tools, drive GenAI adoption, manage a global team, establish governance, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to build scalable, secure solutions.

Leads global server-to-server RTB integrations throughout pre-sale planning, bidder development, configuration, testing, launch, and optimization. Provides technical consulting, analyzes logs and bidstream data, troubleshoots bidder behavior, monitors partner health, and manages integration projects end to end. Creates alerts, dashboards, and trend reports while collaborating with Product, R&D, and Business Development teams to improve partner performance, compliance, uptime, and growth.

Lead a global team of Implementation Engineers to manage publisher implementations across APAC, EMEA, and the US. Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor and grow team capabilities, drive hiring and performance management, optimize global support processes, define SLAs and KPIs with stakeholders, and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and support quality.
