Lead game production by managing schedules, roadmaps, sprints, task dependencies, risks, capacity, and project communications. The role leads producers, coordinates multidisciplinary internal and external teams, improves production processes, tracks objectives through JIRA, supports live-service game updates, maintains documentation, and advocates for player-focused game quality.

Manage outsourced game development pipelines and vendor relationships across multiple studios. Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and vendor evaluation; negotiate rates, draft POs/SOWs, approve invoices, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and studios. Provide project reporting, risk mitigation, and mentorship to Associate Producers while maintaining cross-functional alignment and vendor performance.
