Lead localization and culturalization for assigned games, drive MT/LLM and AI-enabled localization workflows, manage localization pipelines, budgets, schedules, and LQA strategy, coordinate cross-functional releases, own vendor relationships and KPIs, mentor producers, and promote internationalization best practices across studio and central teams.

Manage outsourced game development pipelines and vendor relationships across multiple studios. Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and vendor evaluation; negotiate rates, draft POs/SOWs, approve invoices, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and studios. Provide project reporting, risk mitigation, and mentorship to Associate Producers while maintaining cross-functional alignment and vendor performance.

The Associate Producer will manage live game operations, collaborate across teams, oversee production, and enhance player experience through roadmap execution.
