Leads complex, cross-functional engineering programs across multiple products and teams. Owns program strategy, budgets, resource allocation, schedules, stakeholder communications, partner coordination, profit and loss management, and continuous improvement. Drives technology and quality initiatives within manufacturing engineering, ensures compliance with program standards, resolves escalations, and mentors less-experienced program managers.

Owns business systems analysis and project management for spares supply chain initiatives.
